How to EXCHANGE or RETURN the items ordered?

First, note that you received the package is properly packed. All our consignments are packed in a durable tear films (ordered products protect them against spray water.) If the package bears the character that has been opened - WARNING! - Do not get it, or sleep properly recorded doręczającym package (courier or postman).

Do not be afraid. In the case of loss or theft of your shipment, ordered items will send you again at our expense, and the protocol we will need to account for the vendor.

Complaints

If you notice that the ordered item is flawed, you can place a complaint.

To do so you need to fill in the complaint form and send it along with the flawed product to our shop. Product should be untouched (must not have signs of usage, all tags have to be in their places).

After we look into the validity of complaint, we will send you either the money for the item, including cost of its shipping, or, if you wish, exchange the product for another one.

In case of unjustified complaint, or if the item’s damage is your fault, you cover all the expenses.

Returns

Our shop, Ladys-blouses.com, gives you the right to return ordered, but not worn items, without giving reason, in ten days from the date of receiving it. Products that do not meet your expectations should be send on your own expense to the address

Parity for the returned items will be repaid to the Client to their bank account, or by their wish left waiting to be spent during the next order.
Items with the visible signs of usage, without tag, or with tag attached in the way different than original, also items incomplete, are not subjects to return.

If you have the impression that the delivered package is damaged or have been opened before –draw up a damage report in the presence of courier or postman and do not accept the delivery.

ABSOLUTE prerequisite for acceptance of returned goods, is to send a receipt in the form of the fiscal receipt (original) attached to this form. Returns without a receipt WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED , and merchandise will be returned at the expense of the customer.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Every returned order is analyzed from the aspect of discount (including free shipping); presumptive difference in order’s value is taken into account while assigning the repayment.

Every Client will receive an e-mail with information about the way we have evaluated payment for the returned items. If you had any questions or doubts - contact us.

Exchange of a product

If you receive your order and find out that the item is in wrong size or colour, you can exchange it for another one.

To do so, you need to:

Send the purchased item (on your expense) back to our shop.

Contact us via phone +48061 656 61 61 or +480-606 44 55 16 or e-mail poczta@damskie.net to reserve item in desired size or colour.

Right after, we receive the returned product (untouched), Ladys-blouses.com will send another one, pointed by you, on your expense.

Resignation from the order

If you want to cancel already placed order, before Ladys-blouses.com sends it to you, you can do it by calling us: +48 602 345 876.

If you place an order, choosing Cash on Delivery as the method of payment, and then refuse to receive it, Ladys-blouses.com reserves the right to claim repayment of the shipping costs (both, sending goods to you, and back to the shop)accordingly to the current price list. Honestly, it’d be better if you first receive the order and then return it to us.
